Procurement
Without the right expertise, vetting installers, assessing designs and equipment and scrutinising pricing can be overwhelming. Our independent, expert assessment ensures businesses select the optimal solution. And we tender to our pre-qualified contractor network to further reduce procurement risk.
Project delivery
Whether across one site or one hundred, we handle everything from structural surveys, planning and grid consents to project managing the installer on-site. We coordinate communication between all parties to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery, freeing up your internal resource.
Long-term management and reporting
Solar is easily forgotten once installed. However, a poorly maintained system won’t deliver expected financial or carbon savings—and at worst, creates a serious fire risk. We deliver long-term asset management and monthly reporting via a tech-agnostic platform with live performance tracking.

We own and manage over 50 solar assets, bringing the same level of scrutiny and expertise that we apply to our own assets to those of our consultancy clients. This encompasses installer selection, technical due diligence and life-time performance.
Supplier network
We have developed a large network of solar suppliers, all of whom undergo commercial, financial and on-site vetting before being onboarded. Our solar-specific best practice documentation sets clear standards for safe, high-quality and ethical working practices.
Contract security
Our consultancy clients benefit from the use of our rigorous solar-specific JCT contract which places strong obligations on the solar installer and ensures our clients’ interests are protected.
Project management
We will coordinate communication between all internal and external parties, ensuring you have a single point of contact and single source of information throughout. Clients benefit from regular update meetings and a client-facing portal with full visibility at every stage.

Transfer of all warranties and documentation into your name, setup of monitoring systems, and ongoing performance reporting — ensuring the asset continues to operate and perform as expected long after installation.
